  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland: Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • Rest of the European Union: Orders are delivered within 4-8 business days.

Refund

Your 100% satisfaction with Newon Food products is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy.

If the product was damaged or broken during delivery, we offer a 100% refund.
We have a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@newonfood.com with the subject “Return”. Include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
Once the product is returned, received, and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent, notifying you of the refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically transferred to the original payment method as soon as possible.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
